On August 20, 2025, The Cheesecake Factory is spicing things up! They're adding 8 new items to their popular appetizers menu and introducing six new entrées.
The Cheesecake Factory is launching a new Bites & Bowls menu.
This new menu has 14 new dishes, with eight of them being appetizers.
You know the saying “jack of all trades, master of none.” But that doesn't fit The Cheesecake Factory. They're famous for making over 30 types of amazing cheesecakes. But they're also really good at making appetizers, entrées, and other desserts.
The Cheesecake Factory has a huge menu with over 250 fan - favorite dishes. Now, they're adding more! They're introducing the all - new Bites & Bowls menu with 14 new dishes.
The “bites” menu has lighter food. You can find:
Avocado Toast: Topped with tomato, arugula, red onion, extra virgin olive oil, and lemon.
Ricotta Cheese Toast: Comes with orange honey and sesame seeds.
Baked Brie Truffle Honey Butter: Made with warm bread, Brie cheese, truffle - honey butter, and orange marmalade.
There are also shareable items like:
Meatball Sliders: Ciabatta bread filled with meatballs, vodka sauce, and melted mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Chicken & Biscuits: Buttermilk biscuits, southern fried chicken, sausage gravy, and hot honey butter.
New Orleans Cajun Shrimp: Served with Creole sauce over bread.
And there are new versions of Cheesecake Factory favorites, such as Parmesan Truffle Fries with Truffle Aioli and Crispy Rice Cakes with Crab (crispy sushi rice topped with crab and sesame seeds instead of tuna).
After having the bites, you can try the new entrées like the Chicken Katsu Bowl, Orange Cauliflower Bowl, Peruvian Chicken Bowl, Carnitas, Southern Fried Chicken, or Teriyaki Salmon.
Don't worry if you love the previous menu additions like Chicken & Jalapeño Fritters, Ahi Tuna & Shrimp Ceviche, and Double Smashburger. The new Bites & Bowls items won't replace them. But next time you visit, choosing between Thai Stir Fried Noodles and the Carnitas bowl will be tough! That's up to you to decide.
