Taco Bell Unleashes New Fajita Delights!

On August 18, 2025, Taco Bell quietly introduced four new menu items. This includes two brand - new items and new takes on two existing fan - favorites, which are available at select restaurants.

Taco Bell: A 60 - Year - Old Innovator

Taco Bell has been around for over 60 years, yet it's still one of the most innovative fast - food chains. It keeps coming up with never - before - seen menu items and new versions of its classics. Just when you think it has everything a Tex - Mex chain could offer, it surprises you.

Testing Fajitas at Last

Fans have been asking for fajitas at Taco Bell for years. In 2017, a Reddit user wondered, "Why doesn't Taco Bell have a fajita? You would think it would be a classic." While Taco Bell has had "fajita - flavored" items before, true fajitas are now being tested.

Both the Fajita Rolled Quesadilla and Fajita Street Chalupas are available in select Milwaukee restaurants for a limited - time test.

Expanding the Luxe Value Menu Test

Besides the Wisconsin fajita test, Taco Bell has extended its Luxe Value Menu test to Dayton, Ohio. Earlier this year, it started testing this menu in Indianapolis, Indiana. The menu features five premium items priced at $3 or less, like the Mini Taco Salad, Beefy Potato Loaded Griller, Salted Caramel Churros, Chips & Nacho Supreme Dip, and Chipotle Ranch Chicken Stacker. It's available while supplies last in both Indianapolis and Dayton for a limited time.

As usual, Taco Bell will test these items for a short period before deciding if they'll go nationwide. I've been waiting for another rolled quesadilla for months, so I'm really hoping Milwaukee customers help get the Fajita Rolled Quesadilla on menus soon!
