On August 18, 2025, Icee has something super exciting up its sleeve. A brand - new Icee flavor inspired by the 'Harry Potter' series is making its way to some Regal movie theaters.

This year is extra special as it's the 20th anniversary of 'Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire'. Fans have already had a bunch of cool treats to celebrate. In January, Butterbeer Hershey’s Kisses hit the stores, and then Butterbeer - flavored Goldfish came out. Kinder Joy and Haribo also launched their own 'Harry Potter' goodies, and let's not forget the Krispy Kreme collection with doughnuts for each Hogwarts house.
Now, Icee and Regal Cinemas have joined forces. They're launching a new treat inspired by the magical series, but it's only around for a short time.
Starting August 20, you can find Butterscotch Icees at select Regal locations. The new Icee has a butterscotch - flavored frozen base, a frothy cold foam on top, and a sweet caramel drizzle.
Regal shared a post on Instagram about this frosty treat, and people in the comments were really excited. One person said, 'What we’ve all been waiting for,' and another added, 'Oh my! This looks delicious.'
If you love Universal Orlando Resort like a lot of us do, you might think of The Wizarding World of Harry Potter. Multiple restaurants in the park sell frozen Butterbeer, which looks a lot like the new Icee.
But here's the good news. You don't have to take a plane to taste this movie - inspired drink. You can have a Butterscotch Icee at participating Regal locations during the 'Back to Hogwarts Marathon'. For two weeks, all eight 'Harry Potter' movies are back in theaters. Each ticket costs just $9.75, a fun reference to Platform 9 3/4.
The Butterscotch Icee will be available until September 3 at select places, but only while supplies last. So, make sure to get one before it's gone.
